COURSE DESCRIPTION
Many of the participants who come to VLE expect typical “summer camp” food. Thankfully, Ross Point Camp & Conference Center employs one of the most outstanding cooks on the planet. Harriet Reece is not only an extraordinary chef, but she is also an incredible servant leader! She has willingly agreed to share her chicken enchilada casserole recipe with us and show us how to make it so we can all enjoy one of her most loved VLE meals all year round.
